The Z-Glass sintered disc
The Z-Glass Sintered disc is manufactured by crushing borosilicate glass, powdering, cleaning, separating into various mesh sizes and then fusing together in the form of a disc. The sintered disc is graded into 7grade i.e. G0,G00,G1, G2, G3, G4 and G5. We are manufacturer of sintered disc of different diamater from 10mm to 200mm of different porsosity i.e G0,G00,G1, G2, G3, G4 or G5We also make Small size, O.D. 6.5 mm. (tolerance ±0.1 mm.) thickness 2.2 mm. to 2.5 mm of different porosity andalso make with hole in centre, thickness 3.5 mm. to 8 mm., centre I.D. 4, 5, 6 mm. or above, O.D. upto 100 mm. Porosity G-1, G-2, G-3 & G-4. Rectangular plate, porosity G-0, G-1, G-2, G-3 & G-4. Max. Size 150 mm X 100 mm., Thickness 4 mm. to 10 mm.
